The first thing I want to remind humans about is Natural Time. Long ago, all life on earth was motivated, quite naturally, by the movements and daily changes of the Moon and her phases. Every two and a half days, the Moon changes her location in the Heavens and her temperament changes as well. Grandmother Moon gently travels through cycles and circles of fire and earth, air and water. All the while, She is waxing and waning, growing and shrinking, around and around, a circle dance that never ends. And every living thing can follow this simple dance of timing, of starting and resting, that is natural to each of us, here on planet Gaia.
Just go outside and look up!
And while the movement of the Sun is regular and reliable, the Moon must always change her dance to meet the coming changes in the galaxy. And twice a month, she always reminds of us of our peaks and valleys, our beginnings and endings, of how full and how empty we have become. But the Moon will always remembers to leave her light on, late night, for our arrival, no matter how late we may be. Remember your Grandmother Moon, She was your first teacher before now.
